1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between ARETI-TOMOS Ltd. (EOOD), UIC 200309385 ("Areti", "we") and users of the website demetriosbride-bg.com.

By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services

Areti offers bridal and evening dresses from Demetrios collections — Demetrios, Cosmobella, Platinum, and Destination Romance.

Through the site, you can browse the collection, book a fitting appointment, and contact us.

3. Reservations

Fitting appointment reservations are free and non-binding. They may be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

In case of no-show without notice more than 2 times, Areti reserves the right to decline future reservations.

Reservation confirmation will be sent by email within 24 hours.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices on the site are approximate and may vary depending on the specific model, size, and customizations.

The final price is determined at the salon after consultation. Payment can be made in cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, text, logos, and designs on the site are the property of ARETI-TOMOS Ltd. or Demetrios Group and are protected by copyright law.

Copying, distribution, or use of site materials without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Areti strives to keep site information current but does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. Dress photos may differ from the actual product in color and detail.

Areti is not responsible for temporary site unavailability caused by technical issues.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes shall be resolved by the competent Bulgarian court.

Consumers have the right to file complaints under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (ZZP). Complaints can be submitted to the Commission for Consumer Protection (KZP): kzp.bg.
